Free: Can assign with or without setting up classes. Students can also sign up independently (or their parents can). Includes multiple resources but focuses on math. Math videos and progressions are standards-aligned.
If NOT approved, does Khan Academy fall under the same usage as something like YouTube or MathAntics, where the videos are free and no data are exchanged?
Vendor is unwilling to sign data privacy agreement. It is free and they are not willing to provide the time to make a legal review.

Vendor is unwilling to sign data privacy agreement. It is free and they are not willing to provide the time to make a legal review. Teachers should not use the classroom feature for student accounts.
