Technology Effectiveness

2 - Shows Promise
The program shows promise within a niche area of fast formative written assessments. I would not recommend this for summative assessments such as benchmark testing where more complex problems than multiple choice should be used to more fully assess students problem solving ability. The program has the benefit of students working on paper rather than the computer while still maintaining the benefits of auto grading.

Requires either MacPorts or Homebrew to install, which are third-party package management systems that we have concerns about installing on district Macs. The software needed admin rights to run after installing. We have no way of elevating Mac apps and we don't give Mac users local admin rights, preventing us from being able to allow this software to run while maintaining security.
