XtraMath is a free simple to use math program that helps students master addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division facts.

The program helps students master their math facts with daily quizzes and other resources.
he website has both free and paid versions. I believe it is compatible with Clever.
They do not sign NDPAs for free version. They will sign a district specific, one year only contract if you purchase the paid program.

This is a drill kill program. It doesn't align with the math content or practice standards. There are more effective approaches for students learn their facts than a timed digital test. Students could do games or use other resources that the district has already approved.
