We are not willing to sign that agreement. Autodesk is unable to sign individual schools’, districts’ or states’ privacy agreements as it is not possible to ensure compliance with different requirements across many schools or regions. Consistent with our commitment to data privacy and security, Autodesk has tailored our Data Privacy Agreement to align with Tinkercad product functionality, Autodesk privacy and security policies and standards, and existing state and federal privacy and education laws. - Not approved
