Comments: Most of this functionality is available with the two screencasting apps the district provides for free. And the other functionality that it promises not available in Screencastify or Loom could be achieved with mashups with Adobe video products, also free to students and teachers at secondary level. If just for the teacher's use and financed by them, I see no issue.
