Notes: Literacy Resources LLC - NDPA Executed 10/29/2021 - IP Addresses of users, use of cookies etc, Observation data, (Other: Heggerty Phonemic Awareness Assessment Data), Student grade level, Student first and/or last name, (Other: Teacher/Staff data will be used for the creation & maintenance of online Heggerty accounts to access digital products. Minimum data needed for an account are staff name and email. Student data is limited to student name (can also be a nickname) and Heggerty assessment result data. This data is input & maintained by teachers into their myHeggerty account. Teachers may use this data to run analysis and create printable reports for students and their families. 1. All communication with the website is encrypted 2. A cloud-based web application firewall checks all requests before allowing them to go through the server 3. Admin access is restricted to whitelisted IPs 4. Daily malware scans are run and monitoring to ensure there is no issue
