Comments: I don't have any access to check the way this software works or looks, without a code. I do notice from Jason's comments that it doesn't actually install a client it is just an executable, so students can click through without a w_user install. Since it is required for certifications, and is state licensed, I gave it all "Shows Promise" and approved it. I assume the cad program Solidworks which it assesses the students on is already approved although I could not find it on the approved list.
