To assist teachers and schools working with English Learners. The website has two functions.
The first function is to help teachers track and monitor EL students. It allows the teachers to quickly and easily see what levels and skills the EL students have. Allows monitoring of student progress. It helps with parent reports. And other functions.
The second function is gives a supplement aid to teaching math. There are online videos and activities to give the students practice and extra support in math,

2 - Shows Promise
Since this was requested by the computer specialist with the Ed Equity department and is on a USBE contract according to the data agreement, I assume that it is approved by that department for use. I also assume it doesn't duplicate services already available in the Discovery system. As a data tool it seems very robust. It might be a good idea for the math specialists to take a look to make sure it meshes with district objectives in teaching math.
