This software will allow SchoolGate Guardian to remote control into the Kiosks when needed to update software and help troubleshoot issues.

The software would be loaded on the red kiosk boxes and allow for the company to remote in when necessary for troubleshooting any issues that arise. Users will initiate the call to SchoolGate and allow them access when needed.
Just download and run the Screen Connect application. It runs in the background, no license or login information needed.

For this application to work, we need to set static IP addresses to be added into the firewall. The ports and IP's that the service use are as follows: IP 34.206.38.178 IP 34.206.12.79 IP 34.194.72.92 Ports 80, 443, 8040 and 8041 We may just have 1 computer setup to allow the company to remote in there, then they can have access to the Kiosk computers through the one we setup.
