Vendor (Certiport) has been unwilling to sign in the past. USBE, DL, & DR emailed back and forth about Certiport. D Roberts determined the DPA does not apply because students are voluntarily providing the information with consent. Parental consent should be verified with teacher (email 10/24/20219).
