Teacher has a teacher whiteboard. Each student can have their own, or a collaborative board. Boards can have PDFs, JPGs, etc. uploaded to them for annotation. Annotation tools include text, drawing, shapes. There is an option for video that I haven't tried.

Works great for synchronous teaching. Teacher can annotate live while students watch. Students get their own copy. There is an option for student to collaborate.
