This is a website that allows for online data tracking and progress monitoring specifically with younger students. There are assessments already created within the program and you can make your own. Data tracking is embedded. Parent letters can be sent home in English and Spanish. I am not sure if you have to download software or not. I haven't been able to determine that based on their website information.

I would use this to track both academics and social/emotional skills. I think it would help me to organize my data and make it easier to share data with parents and administrators.
You can sign up for a free trial without entering credit card information. I have't made one yet, because I wanted to be selective about the trial period.

The ESGI program is based on CCSS and curriculum from Texas and Georgia which is not aligned with our Utah Core Standards. Math assessments include coin recognition, patterning, and include assessment items outside of our Utah kindergarten core. ELA assessments include many items outside our Utah core as well. The assessments are not developmentally appropriate because they need to be given one-on-one on a computer device, needing assistance from an adult to read directions and click responses.
In addition, the assessments in this program are skills/percentage based which does not align with proficiency-based grading. PBG is based on standard proficiency and grouped in measurement topics in kindergarten.
