They provide unlimited cloud storage, Administratvite oversight and unify all communications to parents under one site. This allows administrators to monitor all communication happening within the school. It also removed the need for school communication to put out on public and social media site allowin for more protection to our families. Measures engagement through reporting and dashboards across the school.

Purpose / Use / Notes*: The purose and goal of adopting this plateform is to create one tool to put all communications to parents through. Currently we have teachers using a variety of messaging apps, school webpage, Facebook and Instagram pages, digital newsletters and messages that go out through blackboard. Distance learning made it very apparent that parents need one plateform to receive all their information from. Having one school wide plateform will help them feel less confused and lost. I also feel that it is so important for me as an administrator to be able to monitor ALL communications that occur between teachers and students. Other communication apps do not allow admistrators that type of access. It would also allow for us to not use Facebook and Instagram as a means to get info out to the whole community protecting our patrons.
